Welcome to the Inner West Ballers High School Age development basketball competition!
This competition is running in term 4, 2023 (Season 3). It is designed for all participants of high school age to participate in a friendly competition. Many of the participants within our current program are transitioning from our “skills” sessions and are ready to join a team to compete. This competition is designed to help the participants continue to build on the skills and teamwork that they have been learning and apply them in a competition!
Once we have the final list of participants, teams will be created and balanced and there will be a mix of ages and ability within each team. Some more experienced players will be placed in the black division. Our three divisions are:
ORANGE: All skill levels welcome
WHITE: Intermediate to advanced players
BLACK: Mostly older, experienced players with a higher skill level
Please note, coaches have final say on player placement. However we will take into consideration friendship groups and personal requests.

All participants agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.
Term 4 draw will be confirmed before the start of term. We hope to finalise all teams by end of term 3.
MIX HIGH SCHOOL AGE COMPETITION KEY DATES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- New participants - please reach out to organise a trial assessment. Contact us here. White & Black Division - Fridays 4.30pm-9pm during term only (except for round 1 which will be on Sunday afternoon, 15th October between 1pm-6pm) Dates & draw to be confirmed. We estimate a total of 8 games during term 4.
- Orange Division - Sunday afternoons from 2.30pm during term only. Round 1 will be on Sunday afternoon, 22nd October. Further dates & draw to be confirmed. We estimate a total of 8 games during term 4.

WHERE: Wilkins Public School Indoor Court - entrance via Park Lane walk in gate (off Park Rd). Map here.
- All games are 50mins including warm up & half time. We estimate 9 total games including finals (inclusive of any byes where necessary). All teams participate in finals week.

Fully timed games with referees, bench staff and officials to help the participants prepare and play as well as new basketball rings and a digital scoreboard!

COST: $132 for the season (term 4).
- Additional cost: Team singlet purchase $50. Only necessary if you don't already have a black/white Inner West Ballers reversible competition singlet. Team singlets are re-usable for all our competitions. You only need to purchase a new one if you need to upsize or due to loss/damage.

CREDITS/REFUNDS - Please note, when we process refunds, there are fees and charges that we are not refunded for once paid. Moving forward, all refunds will incur a 4% charge. However, we do offer the full amount for credits.
