Welcome to the Inner West Ballers Primay Age development basketball competition!
This competition is running in term 4 on Saturday afternoons hosted by Inner West Ballers Basketball. It is designed for all participants of primary school age to participate in a friendly competition. Many of the participants within our current program are transitioning from our “skills” sessions and are ready to join a team to compete. This competition is designed to help the participants continue to build on the skills and teamwork that they have been learning and apply them in a competition!
Once we have the final list of participants, teams will be created and balanced and there will be a mix of ages and ability within each team. Some more experienced players will be placed in the black division. Our two divisions are:
ORANGE: Beginners to intermediate. Younger aged primary age participants.
WHITE: Intermediate skill level. Older primary age participants.
BLACK: Intermediate to advanced skill level. Very fast paced.
Please note, coaches have final say on player placement. However we will take into consideration friendship groups and personal requests.

MIX PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE COMPETITION KEY DATES:
WHEN: Saturday afternoons between 12.30pm-5pm
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no muster this season. All new players please get in touch to arrange a time to come meet our head coach so he may assess your individual skill for best team/division placement. Please note, first game is week 1 of term 4 so you will need to organise a time to come in before the end of term 3.
Term 4 draw will be confirmed before start of term 4.

Saturday 15/10/22 - Saturday 10/12/22 - Games run Saturdays 12.30pm-5pm. Orange division games run earlier. Black division games run later. All games are 50mins including warm up & half time. We estimate 9 total games including finals (inclusive of any byes where necessary). All teams participate in finals week.

Fully timed games with referees, bench staff and officials to help the boys prepare and play as well as new basketball rings and a digital scoreboard!

COST: $135 for the season.
- Additional cost: Team singlet purchase $50. Only necessary if you don't already have a competition singlet from season 2, 2022 (term 3 & 4). Team singlets are re-usable for all our competitions. You only need to purchase a new one if you need to upsize or due to loss/damage.

CREDITS/REFUNDS - Please note, when we process refunds, there are fees and charges that we are not refunded for once paid. Moving forward, all refunds will incur a 4% charge. However, we do offer the full amount for credits.
